Op vrijdag 24 januari 2020 speelt Your Local Pirates in de Nieuwland. Het optreden is deel van de ‘tournee ‘ A Fair Warning’, ter gelegenheid van onze gelijknamige CD.

Wij spelen pakweg een uur en zullen vanzelfsprekend dan de CD bij ons hebben. We vragen er 5 eurootjes voor.

Het optreden zelf is vrij toegankelijk, maar een donatie wordt gewaardeerd. De zaal is open vanaf 20 uur, we beginnen 20.30 uur.

Meer over de CD: De titel is ‘A Fair Warning’, en er staan 14 liedjes op, zowel Engelstalige als Nederlandstalige, vrijwel allemaal met eigen teksten en muziek. Behalve Op De Barricades, want dat is een eigen vertaling van A Las Barricadas, strijdlied uit de Spaanse Revolutie.

‘A Fair Warning’: Your Local Pirates in concert!

Friday, 24 January, Your Local Pirates will play at Nieuwland. The show is part of our tour ‘ A Fair Warning’, which is also the name of our CD.

We will play for about an hour, and obviously the CD will be available. We ask 5 euro for it.

The show itself is for free. A donation will be greatly appreciated. The place is open from 20 hour onward, we start at 20.30 hour.

More about the CD: The title is ‘A Fair Warning’, it contains 14 songs, both in Dutch and in English. Most of them are written by ourselves. With the exception of Op De Barricades : that is a translation of our own of the famous Spanish Revolution song A Las Barricadas.
